How Did You Get Started?

I started lifting at age 14 for cheerleading and haven't stopped since. That was over 18 years ago!

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I train legs twice a week and back/bi's twice a week. I include shoulders on another training day and chest with triceps another day. Thus, I train 6 days a week with one rest day. Off season because I'm trying to gain more lean mass, I only do 3 days of interval training.

Pre contest, I do 4-5 days of interval training. I work abs everyday except my off day. I do about 3-4 sets of each exercise with heavier weight and lower reps due to trying to gain size. I do drop set for my biceps and back.

For legs I do lower weight with higher reps for definition rather than size. In two months, I've gained 6 lbs of lean mass so, the program I designed for myself has proven to be successful.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I eat 6-7 meals a day spaced between 2-3 hours apart. For my precontest diet I eat the following: Pre workout first thing in the morning I have a protein drink. Following my workout I have another protein drink within 20 minutes.

I balance my next meal with 90% or leaner meat, whole grain oats and green vegetable. The next meal is another protein drink. Another 2-3 hours later, I have approximately 3 egg whites, lean meat, whole grain oats or brown rice and a green vegetable.

2-3 hours later, another protein drink. Last meal of the day is 6 egg whites and small serving of whole grain.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I have made great strides with protein powder, glutamine, creatine, amino acids, and multivitamins.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love the challenge of the sport. It requires extreme amounts of discipline, motivation, patience and gives great self gratification. I love that it inspires me to continue to improve as much as I can. I love the inspiration it gives my clients I train as well as other who meet me.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

My ultimate goal is to obtain my pro card and continue to compete as well as judge competitions. I am trying to get into fitness modeling as well. My life will never not include fitness. I will continue for as long as I live to be in this industry.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Stay focused. Focus on your assets that you feel are strong. Don't compare yourself to others. Let others inspire you but focus on your strong points. Most of all, have fun! Training for competitions is mentally straining but once you're at your competition, you can not add more size that day so have fun!

Live in the moment you are there. Enjoy the experience. Enjoy the other people you will meet and become friends with. Enjoy what you have accomplished!

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

Monica Brant without a doubt! She was my first inspiration to get into competing when I was 14 years old! There are so many more other competitors that are an inspiration to me but Monica was my first!
