How Did You Get Started?

I started working out when I was 14 with my dad in our basement. We had a whole gym set up that my dad purchased from Lou Ferrigno's father in NYC! When I began college as a division one soccer player, I joined my first gym to stay in shape during the off-season and became a gym addict from that point on!

Soon later I began personal training and working with a nutritionist who taught me the basics of bodybuidling. Then I met Kim Oddo... I began working with him in hopes of maybe one day competing. One year later I stepped on stage for my first show, took 2nd place and haven't stopped since! Now I'm competing at the national level and I can't imagine my life any other way.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I train 4 days a week with weights and 5-7 days a week on cardio.

Wheather it's weight training or cardiovascular training, I train each session like it were my last... high intensity training and heavy weights works the best for me.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

Kim Oddo designs my nutrition plans. My plan includes foods such as lean meats, oatmeal, veggies and healthy fats.

My meal plan changes frequently and is dependent upon where I am in my season.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love the fact that fitness is a healthy hobby. I love how I can inspire my clients to excell on their programs by providing them with a healthy image to strive for. Fitness has been an amazing experience for me so far not only because it's a great sense of accomplishment everytime you step on stage, but the woman that are involved in fitness are incredibly strong woman.

I've developed some of the most amazing friendships through fitness that I would have never had if I never started competing.

Earning my pro card! Becoming more involved in the fitness industry and fitness modeling.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

If you want it, you'll find a way to make it happen! The lifestyle we live is not one most people would choose to live, that is what seperates us from the rest.

Dont' be afraid to be different, don't be afriad to work harder than any other woman or man in the gym. Each time you step foot in the gym, go in with a goal and come out with a feeling that you took one step closer to accomplishing that goal each and every time!
