How Did You Get Started?
As long as I remember I wanted to a bodybuilder. I always loved muscles and by the age 10 I promised myself that one day I'll be bodybuilding champion.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Heavy weight training 5 times a week. Big body parts like chest and back get 5 exercises (4 sets each) and smaller get 3 exercises (4 sets each).
I also have to do cardio year round to stay lean.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I have to eat clean all the time to be in shape. I eat 6 meals a day. Protein comes from: chicken, turkey, fish, beef, egg whites, and protein shakes. Carbs come from: oatmeal, brown rice, potatoes, vegetables. Fats come from fish, almond butter, flax seed.

Bodybuilding changed my life. It made me the man I am today. Everything I achieved is because of bodybuilding. It's the best thing for your body, mind and spirit.

One week after winning the Natural Universe I started to train for next year's event. I'll try to defend my title and will also compete in Natural Olympia.

Be consistent. Nothing can be achieved overnight. Don't give up. In this sport, the more you put in the more you'll get out. Remember, everything worth having requires hard work.
