How Did You Get Started?
I was first introduced to bodybuilding after I moved to the states. I found a new gym to workout in and the owner of the gym was also a promotor of a show. He talked me into competing in one. I have moved back to Canada but I still continue to compete here. I am an ex-gymnast and this was a great way for me to keep in shape and take the place of the competitions I missed as a gymnast.

I gained most of my size with a 4 day split. Train 2 on, one off, 2 on, 2 off.

Protein Powder has given me the greatest gains by keeping my muscle mass up.

I enjoy the challenge and like to see the changes in my body as I improve each time I prepare for a show.

My future plans are to go as far as I can with the sport and compete at an international or world level.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
If you have a trainer or coach who works for you, listen to that person and one person only. There is so much information out there and different ways to prepare for a show that you will only get more confused as you diet down. Leave it to the trainer to do the thinking.

Valentina Chepiga, Lenda Murray, Laura Creavalle, the list goes on... With the guys, I have met many of them and they are all very nice ladies.
