How Did You Get Started?
I started bodybuilding after boxing when I was about 15 years old (this will tell you my age). After only about 3 months of training the owner of the gym asked me if I would like to compete in the under 16's local NABBA show. I jumped at the chance and took a 4th place out of a line up of 18 competitors. I loved every minute of it and from that day I was bitten by the bodybuilding bug. I went on to win a lot more shows including the WABBA Jr. Europe and a twice runner up in the Class 2 NABBA Mr. Britain.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I only train each bodypart once per week so I can blitz it because it will have a week to recover.

The thing that I love most about bodybuilding is the fact that everyone can see the results that you have achieved because you carry them around with you 24/7.

My future plans are to win the NABBA Britain and then maybe try the light heavys so long as I can stay healthy.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
ALWAYS take a post workout protein drink within 30 mins of finishing your workout as the body can absorb more during this time! At least 50-60 grams of good quality Whey Protein.
