How Did You Get Started?
I've always been fascinated by bodybuilding. I started lifting weights when I was a freshman in high school to get stronger for wrestling season and I haven't stopped since.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I prefer to workout on a 6-day split.
Sample Training Week:
Day 1: Chest
Incline barbell press: 4 sets x 12,10,8,6 reps
Incline cable fly: 12-15 reps superset with Flat db chest press: x 3 sets
Cable crossovers: 12-15 reps superset with Dips: to failure x 2 sets
Day 4: Shoulders and Traps
Db presses: 4 sets x 12,10,8,6 reps
Lateral DB raises superset with wide upright rows: 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Front DB raises superset with db rear delt extensions: 2 sets, 12-15 reps
DB shrugs: 3 sets, 12-15 reps
Day 5: Biceps and Triceps
Barbell curls: 4 sets, 15,12,10,8 reps
Skull crushers: 4 sets, 15,12,10,8 reps
Incline db curls superset with cable pushdowns: 3 sets, 12-15 reps
Preacher curls superset with behind the head extension: to failure x 2 sets
Day 6: Hamstrings and Calves
Romanian Deadlifts: 4 sets 15,12,10,8 reps
Single leg press with high footing superset with Single hamstring curls: 4 sets, 12 reps
Seated calve raises: 5 sets, 15 reps
Standing smith calve raises: 5 sets, 15 reps

On an average training day my menu looks like this:
Sample Daily Meal Plan:
5am: Meal 1
Scrambled eggs (1 yolk, 5 whites) with 2oz deli ham
1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal with 1/4 cup blackberries
8am: Meal 2
7oz chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
11am: Meal 3
