How Did You Get Started?

Wanted a body like the guys in the mags! Wanted to be strong and loved training right from the start. Got the bug at 13 but parents wouldn't let me train until I was 14 so I used to sneak into my brothers bedroom to use his weights.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Low reps/Low sets. Inspired by the workouts of the likes of Mike Mentzer and Dorian Yates. Always made sense to me to go for quality in my training as opposed to quantity. Find that this way I can be much more focused on making each set as good as it can possibly be.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

Trained for British Champs last year eating just clean, natural foods and drinking plenty of water and got into the best condition of my life.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Protein Powders and Vitamins. Used creatine briefly at the end of last year and found I became much fuller.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

Love the challenge. The sense of achievement. Looking and feeling good. The chance to show off the results of all the hard work.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

To do some proper training this year! Over the last few years my training has not been up to the standard it needs to be for me to fulfill my potential. I have trained extremely hard pre-contest but haven't knuckled down during the off-season and as a result I have got smaller each year for about the last 3! Won the British Middleweight title last year competing a stone lighter than ever before! Need to regain some mass in order to be my best ever come Sept 30th 2007 (British Champs) and win the Pro card.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Bodybuilding is a life-style, not a hobby. You are a bodybuilder 24 hours a day, not just when you are in the gym. If you dedicate your life to it 100% you will fulfill your potential 100%. If you give it 50% you'll get 50%. There are no short cuts. Rob Hope is the best Natural Bodybuilder in the World, not just because of his genetics, but because he's probably closer to giving 100% than anyone else out there. Don't listen to all the jealous people who tell you that you have to have amazing genetics to get anywhere. OK not everyone can be World Champion or Mr. Olympia, but if you can fulfill your potential the way Rob Hope has then you can be very successful.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
