How Did You Get Started?
I dabbled a little when I was in high school. Then when I was about 23 I was sitting in a bar and my best friend Tom Regep who was the bar tender asked me if I ever worked out I said no he said pick me up tomorrow @ 4:30. That first week I was so sore I couldn't move from there on I was hooked. I have been blessed by God with good genes and determination. Once I realized that I phased out the bar stool and in came the flat bench.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I do each body part 2x a week and abs every other day always first.
Sample Training Week:
Tuesday: Chest and Back 20 min. Cardio
Wednesday: Abs and Shoulders, Bi's, and Tri's
Thursday: Legs and 20 min. Cardio
Friday: Abs and Chest
Saturday: Shoulders, Bi's and Tri's
This workout maybe be a little advanced for a beginner, but can be revised slightly to meet individual needs.

It's amazing the way you can transform your body. As I said I was blessed with good genes. Bodybuilding brings the best out of me. I do this at 5am and it sets up my whole day. When you have a good workout it boost your focus and confidence for the rest of the day.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I have started training for the Jr. Nationals in June for the experience, and then on to the Nationals in November to get my Pro card hopefully.

You can train all day... until you focus on the diet you won't get the results you want.
