What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I work one body part a day 5x a week, cardio 1-2 hours depending if I am training for a show. Currently I am doing 2 hours of cardio 7x a week in my prep for the Arnold Amateur. Typical week Monday, Legs, Tuesday, Back, Wednesday, Chest, Thursday, Shoulders, Friday Arms.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
Again this would depend on whether or not I am in prep for a show. Currently my diet is as follows:
- 4 Oz Tilapia
- 8 Asparagus
- 1 Cup Chopped Spinach
- 1/4 Apple
- 1/4 Cucumber
- 4oz Grilled Chicken
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Flax Oil
1 Gallon Of Water Daily

I would like to compete in more shows. As I continue to gain strength and build lean muscle, improve my overall muscle development, and experience with each show.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Never give up on yourself and your goals. You have to develop a plan yourself or with the help of a trainer and give yourself a 'minimum' of 6-8 weeks to begin the transformation. So many people quite right before they have their breakthrough! Don't give up...keep going, your body will respond, but it takes the proper amount of time!
