How Did You Get Started?
I was inspired by an older cousin at the age of 14. He was working out at his house and once showed me his collection of "Muscle Pictures" of legendary Bodybuilders. Thats what I wanted to look like, and I was ready to do whatever it takes to get there. So I started working out in my basement with a few dumbells I bought from the local Sports Mart.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Definetely a combination of my own developed training routine (Available on my site at: www.markusreinhardt.com) and High Intensity Training Techniques.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Creatine has been the most dramatic supplement I,ve ever used. I just now started trying out some of the Andro -Products by a company called GEN. I have to say that not all of them seemed to work for me. The only two that I feel an increase in strength and size are 19-nor and Androdiol. I do however have some of my clients take the full line of GEN and they got some pretty amazing results.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
It is giving me the chance to reach my dreams to become an independent individual who can live off the profits($) of my own creation (My Body) . Bodybuilding has also taught me discipline and courage that I now know how to adapt in other areas in life.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
My next goal is to be a better Bodybuilder than I was 2 years ago when I did my last competition. I am getting ready for this years Los Angeles Bodybuilding Show and plan on showing the audience and fans the BEST Markus Reinhardt they have seen so far. The next step will be to produce more Videos and maybe a book...
