How Did You Get Started?
I entered the Body For Life challenge in January of 2000. At the completion in March fellow lifting enthusiasts talked me into entering my first show the following year April 2001. Growing up bodybuilding was the furthest thing from my mind and I never imagined I would one day be on stage.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I used the High Point Technique in the BFL program for a while. After about 9 months I tailored it to meet my needs. I still use the same technique just different routine. I work out 5 days a week, two body parts a day and abs three times a week.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding for two reasons. The way it makes me feel, stronger, healthier and more confident. I also love the positive influence it gives to my son. He's proud of his dad and that keep me going and gives me a stronger will to succeed.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
To take it one day at a time. Constantly set new goals and achieve them. My goal short time goal is to win my first NPC show, later next year.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Not one thing works for everybody, give an honest effort to your routine but after about three months if your not achieving the results you desire don't give up. Try a different plan. The secret of bodybuilding is learning and knowing your own body. Figure out what works for you and stick with it.
