How Did You Get Started?
Coming from a ballet/dancing background I have always been physically active. When I stopped ballet my passion for fitness progressed into workouts at the gym. Cheerleading introduced me to the modelling world where I entered my first competition.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I tend to put on muscle very easily (I know, I know you guys are jealous) but being a sports model it is very important I do not get too muscley or I look HUGE compared to the other models. Hence, through trial and error I have found cardio everyday and weights 3 times a week works best for my body.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I believe a healthy body and a healthy mind go hand in hand so fitness enables me to feel great about myself and life in general! I guarantee that if I miss my morning workout my day will be less enjoyable and productive! Fitness is that feel good drug, don't you think?
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I have completed my fitness leaders certificate in aerobic instructing so I am about to teach classes which I can't wait to do! Apart from that, I want to maintain and/or increase my fitness level and keep loving what I do!
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
I think in a competition there are so many unreal, awesome bodies out there that when you stand side by side in a competition the one thing which will make you stand out is your personality, your smile and the ability to get across to the audience that you are up there loving what you do!
