How Did You Get Started?
I got started weightlifting through high school wrestling. I wanted to put on some size and get stronger. I got started bodybuilding when the owner of the gym I go to told me to give it a shot and that I had good symmetry. I did one show and got hooked.

Depending on if its off-season or pre-show, my diet dramatically changes. For the most part it consists of high protein from food and carbohydrates that come from sweet potatoes and oatmeal. I believe in complete meals - a fat, a carb and a complete protein.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I enjoy bodybuilding so much because everything that you have in bodybuilding you earn through hard work and dedication. No amount of money can give you good symmetry or deep muscle belly's. So not anyone can be a successful bodybuilder, only a few select individuals are strong enough to tough it out. I give my respect to anyone out there with the strength and will to succeed.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I plan to grow, to strengthen my weak points and consistently improve myself. I plan to keep competing and keep progressing. Bigger and Better.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Consistency is key. Nothing will happen overnight. Everyday is another day for growing and learning, so make the best out of everyday.
