How Did You Get Started?
I met some amazing people at a Gym in Fullerton, which help me get motivated and started. The Gym owner and his wife were former competitors and are amazingly smart and helpful.
Then I met others there like Hidetada Yamagishi and Binais Begovic both amazing body builders but even more impressive was the way they carried themselves in the gym. Helping other when they could, it was awesome to see such successful folks from this sport being so kind and giving back to other folks in the Gym.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Generally I do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. Then home to breakfast then off to work. Then after work it is back to the gym for a 1 hour weight training session. Each evening session I would generally focus on one body part at a time.
The weekend were generally just for light training and more cardio, I had a lot a fat to burn off.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I try to eat 6 times a day:
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
But above all these is Koloseum nutritional science products (preload, explode and reload), these products can not be beat for helping you have the best workouts ever.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I have always been impressed with people that can set a goal to change their body and then make it happen. Some of the folks I met at the gym have the most incredible capacity to change and improve and it is awe inspiring to see these folks go through this process.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I would really like to put on more size and get in the best shape I have ever been then go back to Virginia, where I grow up and do a show there. One of my goals would be to inspire other at my age to get back to the Gym.
Also I might like to work part time with a supplement company (working the shows and Expos) to help other people get into this sport. As much as I can I enjoy helping the new guys coming up in the sport the reach their goals.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Set a goal you can achieve (not to easy) one you have to really work for. Then work to achieve it. As you get close to achieving that goal set a new one and work towards that.
By doing this you are constantly challenging your self to do more while still getting the chance to feel a sense of accomplishment at each of the goals you achieve along the way.
