What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat (% of total calories). I reduce the amount of carbs as I approach a contest. I will make up the difference by adding protein.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

MRI Black Powder is the best pre-workout supplement I have used. It feels like rocket fuel! MRI Pro-NOS is my choice for a protein supplement.

I was amazed that I was still able to make gains even as the diet became restricted close to the show. It was the best tasting thing I got to eat in the last few weeks!
