How Did You Get Started?
Two years ago I just decided I wanted to do the contest thing and started to train to become a bodybuilder. Growing up I watched a lot of the greats progress like Flex Wheeler, Jay Cutler and Ronnie Colman. So I said to myself, "One day." I can do this. I have the genetics for this. So here I am almost 3 years later.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Sets and Reps are different from day to day. Off season for mass gaining is 4 sets including warm up set with each variation followed with 5 to 8 heavy reps. Definition workouts or (On Season) the reps change to 12 to 15 and sets stay the same.
Notes: Back is done twice per week. The back workout on Day 2 is at 80% intensity while the back workout on Day 5 is at full intensity.
Cardio is performed 30 minutes every morning before meal one at home on the stair gauntlet (performed at high intensity). The sets and reps of every exercise for every workout, no set and rep scheme is mentioned below.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Anabolic Xtreme and Muscletech. I use Superdrol for mass and strength gaining, Hyperdrol from xtreme for testosterone boosts and estrogen blocking, 1GH1 for growth, NO2 for pumps. Nitro Tech for extra protein and muscle gains.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
The hard work it takes that most are not willing to submit to.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I'll continue to do this until I die. I'll continue to fitness model, do contests and I hope to go from NPC to IFBB someday. I also do personal training because I like to help people look and feel their very best in life.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Believe in yourself. Train hard and never give in to others saying negative things about you or what you do. If they don't do it they just don't understand what it's all about. Also, for those on stage, look confident and practice your poses in front of a mirror until it becomes a work of art. After that, practice in front of friends or family.
