How Did You Get Started?
I've always been extremely passionate about health and fitness but it wasn't until I met Scott Robinson of Know Fat Lifestyle Grill (soon to be Wah-bo! www.wahbo.com), that I jump started my passion towards competing.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Volume and intensity. Currently I do a 2 day split; doing each "day" at least 2x week. Crazy I know!
Advanced Muscle Hypertrophy Program:
- 2 day split
- *(each day is done 2-3x per week)
- Reps: 12 per set (pyramid occasionally)
- Sets: 3-4
Day 1: Hamstrings, Chest, Triceps, Shoulders, & Calves:
- Press movement
- Fly movement
- Press movement or fly movement
Choose 2 exercises
Choose 3 exercises
Front Or Mid Delts
Choose 2 exercises
Day 2: Quads, Back, & Biceps:
- Always mixing them up through a variety of movements
- Pulldown exercise
- Row exercise
- Pulldown exercise or row exercise
Inner & outer thigh
Your choice, mix up with some weighted abs.
Total sets 3-4 for upper and 3-4 for lower abs
