How Did You Get Started?
At the age of 15 I was given a choice by my mother to join a fitness center or a Karate studio. I chose working out. The main reason was I just wanted to feel comfortable taking my shirt off at the beach. The movie "THE TERMINATOR" also inspired me with dreams of getting big.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
As a personal trainer, I have researched many workout plans. My best results have come from a two day on and one day off routine. I change up combinations of body parts every 8-10 weeks. Cardio 3-4 times per week helps keep me within 8-12 lbs of my contest weight.

Sci Fit Whey Protein (3 to 4 servings a per day) Sci Fit 19-Nor AndroStack II (Incredible results from its use ... works best at 6 to 10 caps per day) For cutting up and keeping all of my hard earned muscle I use Impact Nutrition's Maxteron and Equi-Bolan along with Sci Fit's ThermoGen II Thanks to Norman L. Johansen, NSA (AKA That Nutrition Guy) for all of his guidance on my nutritional program).
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
When I go to the gym, I can forget about all the day to day BS and release any frustrations on the weights. I find it a positive way to deal with negative things that may be going on in my life. All the hard work and dieting pay off when I step out on that stage and show off my stuff.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I would like to compete in the MUSCLEMANIA World Championships in Las Vegas this November 30 and December 1st. I'm also planning on entering the next SUPERBODY competition (in Miami beach) in the spring of 2002. I plan on being a MUSCLEMANIA Pro bodybuilder one day (SOON)!
