How Did You Get Started?

A friend of mine was competing in Sport Aerobics. I competed in Sport Aerobics for one year. It was a great experience, but I wanted to compete in Fitness with a two piece round and more freedom with my routine. I did some research online and finally entered my first fitness competition. It was a lot of fun and two years later, I am still loving the Fitness competitions.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

More of an athletic plan works best for me. I incorporate a number of sprints and athletic conditioning in my training program. Nothing works better than a few 440 sprints!!

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Glutamine has been wonderful for my muscle and joint repair. Protein powder is definitely a must. It is just impossible to consume that much protein in foods. I always have some protein powder with me!!


Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love the physical challenge and performing on stage. It keeps me in the best possible shape and healthy as I can be.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I would like to earn my Pro Card in Fitness, that is my overall goal.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Be patient in the fitness industry, train hard and try to help fellow fitness competitors in any way you can. We can only learn from each other.
