How Did You Get Started?
I got my start in fitness when I was approached by a trainer who said that I had good genetics and symmetry. He also said that I needed to EAT! They thought I was too thin.

I workout in a split: 2 days on, 1 off / 2 days on and 1 day only shoulders/abs/calves
- Monday: Bicep/Triceps
- Tuesday: Legs
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: Back
- Friday: Chest
- Saturday: Shoulders, Abs, Calves
- Sunday: Plyometrics, Glutes

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Be very patient, it doesn't happen overnight. The changes will occur gradually at first and then you will really start to see small improvements almost daily! Be very consistent on your diet! Diet is so important. In fact, it is what will make or break you.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
I love Monica Brandt. She works extremely hard and enjoys her off season. It seems like she is a balanced woman. I also really admire my trainer and close friend Tricia Travis; she works very hard and just placed 5th in Lightweights at the USA's. She always tells me to keep working hard and stay mentally sound. Thank you to everyone who has supported me this past year. It is really a wonderful and healthy lifestyle for me.
