How Did You Get Started?

I have always admired the muscular female physique. Because of track and soccer I trained with weights. However, I had a new purpose when a bodybuilding trainer said, "You have perfect proportion, why aren't you bodybuilding?" I said, "Yeah, why not I'm in the gym anyway!" And hence my first competition! I got 1st place in my weight class. I had fallen in love with the sport.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Burn, burn, feel the burn! Now, push it some more! Don't be a whimp! Don't be afraid to take it heavy! Don't be afraid to yell out in agony, my trainer always say, "Let me see your UGLY face!" I got most gains from negatives and peak contraction.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

Basic off season diet, high protein, carbs and at least 2.5 liters of water a day. On season diet, I eat fish, chicken breast, turkey, tofu, wheats/grains & my favorite broccoli.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

My gains as for dieting down for contest and fat loss comes from Xenadrine, Amino's, Whey Protein, 19-Norandrostenediol & 5-AD. These gave me very good results for contest.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I'm a woman in love with the female muscular physique. I couldn't allow my body to be anything else but fit! I Love the challenges & mental tests bodybuilding puts me through! I can apply these aspects to daily life. To be a good bodybuilder it takes all or nothing!

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

My future plans upon returning to the U.S. is to qualify for nationals in my home state of Florida and eventually hope to become PRO! Look out WORLD!

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

There's truth to the phrase "Never give up!" And my life's quote, "You've only failed when you've failed to try." 10 years later you don't want the, "I coulda', woulda', shoulda'," to haunt you. Don't quit! Stick with it!

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

It's difficult! I give "hands up" to all women bodybuilders. I hope to see more in the magazines. However, there's one woman whose physique I'd admired for a long time, Ms. Lenda Murray!
