How Did You Get Started?

Since high school I have always been active, but with each passing year I like to challenge myself physically. So, in addition to figure competitions, I have ran everything from 10k's to marathons to Olympic distance triathlons.

I tend to stay in the 12- 15 rep range with varying sets of 4-6. I also do tons of plyometric jumps at various heights and loads.
