I started lifting weights when I was 15-16 years old. I lifted to improve in sports which were Football, Wrestling and Lacrosse.

Bodybuilding has helped me in life in the Gym and out of it. Bodybuilding has taught me Discipline, patience and learning most of all to accept losses and cherish wins.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I plan to compete for the next several years. I would love to obtain my pro card and possible compete on the pro circuit. Right now I've put on some major size and God willing you'll see me in the Masters Bodybuilding Championships in Pittsburgh 2007.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
If you love this sport then give it everything you got. Make sure the people around you are with you and not against you. Put God, Family and Friends first...
