How Did You Get Started?
I started working out with an x just so I had something to do. Started at 124lbs at 24 years old... I stayed with it.
I have been practicing chiropractic and clinical nutrition since 1994. I started off as the on set chiropractor of films such as "Blood and Wine", treating Jennifer Lopez and Danny Aiello; "Fair Game", treating Cindy Crawford, "Striptease", treating Demi Moore and many others. I have been part of the official physician's team for the Miami 1996 Offshore Powerboat races and NASCAR and Indy cars drivers at Homestead Raceway.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
My workout plan varies but is mostly 2 days on 1 day off hitting each body part once per week, except in competition where I hit body parts 2x per week.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
The only nutrition plan I use for pre-competition is carb cycling. Off season I eat, but never get to fat. My body fat stays between 12-5%.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding itself is motivation. Every show I do is to improve on the last. I train for myself and nobody else.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
As far as my plans go... I've reached the national and would love to reach them again.
Currently I am pursuing acting, bodybuilding and of course my main profession of being a chiropractor which helps me pay all the bills and allows me to pursue all these other interests of mine. I enjoy the lifestyle and location of South Beach because of its promotion of good healthy lifestyle and of course favorable year round weather conditions.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
My tip for all bodybuilders is keep going because you only get better - keep pumping!
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
All-inspiring people to help me get to where I am today.
