How Did You Get Started?
I did some martial arts (Judo) back in middle school, and gained a six pack. The six pack inspired me to workout seriously during my freshmen year in high school. Motivated by my accelerated gains in one year, I decided to compete in my high school's competition, and as a result I placed 5th, in my first contest. Ever since then, I have been hooked on bodybuilding.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
9-12 Sets per bodypart X 5-10 reps with heavy weights.
Working out only 2 body parts a day, and working out 4 times a week. Work the body part ONCE a week.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding has given me a sense of satisfaction by the way I look physically. I am pleased with my results in bodybuilding. Bodybuilding has given me a pleasing physique. I have great health, energy, and confidence in myself due to bodybuilding. Many friends of mine admire my accomplishments in bodybuilding, and that feels great. That's why I love bodybuilding.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
To compete as a light heavyweight or heavyweight, and become a national level competitor. I am taking the whole year (2001) off from competing to gain more size (210-220 lbs). I am working on my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and personal training certification. I plan to do some fitness modeling, print work, and personal training in the future.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Make sure you get the best high quality supplements for the best gains. Have a reliable training partner. Also, make sure to rest after your workouts, get at least 8 hours of sleep per day. In order to grow, you need to rest!
