How Did You Get Started?
I was 17 when I saw a contest in Pakistan I saw really big bodybuilders posing down. I turn my mind towards building some muscles at the gym so I started going to the gym after some time I noticed heavy gains in my muscularity as well as in size. I thought to carry on bodybuilding for my country then I train hard, harder and hardest and won MR. Asia title for my country.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
My Workout Plan:
Tuesday: Shoulders with Abs
Friday: Thigh and Abs
Saturday & Sunday: Rest to recuperate from hard training
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I am a vegetarian and eat about eight meals a day. I eat a great amount of protein (mostly from eggs) and I at night I have a protein shake.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding gives me a lot of confidence and when I go out - with my heavy muscles - everybody looks at me and wants to talk to me. Therefore I love it so much.
