How Did You Get Started?
I have always been passionate about fitness, health and challenging the mind body connection. I played competitive Volleyball (both beach and court) for many years, track, as well as followed my dad around the gym mimicking his actions with little 2 lb dumbbells!
It was noticeable as I got older that I was addicted to challenging my physique and my body responded well to my variety of training. I had always admired the physiques of the figure/fitness and bodybuilders and the thought of competing was both exciting and intimidating.
I was lucky to meet some influential people in the industry that pushed me to pursue new goals and challenges in the fitness industry.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I like to do a 5-day split, separating hamstrings and quads in order to make sure I am targeting them to their full potential. In the off-season I will do cardio 3-4 times a week and during the season 6-7 times a week for roughly 45mins at the most.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
There is always a challenge, there is always something to improve, to strive for and someone out there that can push and challenge you to reach your goals. It's a tough and disciplined sport that takes a great deal of dedication and is both physically, mentally and emotionally challenging.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I would like to take the sport as far as naturally possible and continue to challenge myself as well as inspire others to challenge themselves. I would like to make a name for myself and hopefully, eventually be able to compete as a pro in Figure or Bodybuilding.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
There is always someone else out there training just as hard or harder then you, stay focused and determined because whether you think you can... or you think you can't...YOU'RE RIGHT!
