How Did You Get Started?
After serving four year's of honorable service in the U.S. Marine Corps, I saw my weight balloon up well over a whopping 50-60 pounds. It appeared that I quickly forgot the strenuous physical training that I had undergone daily throughout my stint in the Corps. My breaking point finally came when I noticed red stretch marks appear near my navel. I knew that the body I was creating was not the body that I wanted. I felt terrible both mentally and physically and decided to make a change.
Over the next few months my weight went from a high of 262 pounds down to an even 200 pounds. I managed to maintain that weight for approx. a year and a half, at which point I became interested in powerlifting. My personal best lift to date, being drug-free, is a 500 pound lift in the shirted bench press, accomplished at the weight of 210.
I enjoyed powerlifting but became very interested in natural bodybuilding in 2005. I am currently focused on becoming as conditioned as possible without sacrificing any previous muscle gains. I'm preparing for two upcoming bodybuilding show's and will stop at nothing to achieve the best condition that I possibly can.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Everyone has a weak body part and I believe by working that particular body part once at the beginning of the week and once at the end of the week are optimal. All other body parts are hit once per week with very high intensity. I keep my reps in the mid range and higher towards the end of a contest prep. Keeping the weight's as heavy as possible throughout. I'm currently lifting five day's per week along with two cardio/ab day's on non-lifting days.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I manipulate my macro-nutrient intake, (Protein, Carbs, Fat) and adjust them accordingly as weight loss stalls. I've had outstanding result's with this compared to counting calories alone. I'm also a fan of Walden Farms.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Do not be afraid to try different training methods. What works for some may not work for others. Bodybuilding is a continuous learning experience. Never be afraid to ask questions. Consistency is the key and results will follow. What the mind believes.....the body can achieve!!! You just have to want it.
