How Did You Get Started?
Like so many, through high school sports. I took a yr. off before starting college, so work and lifting were my biggest things to do. Someone brought up the idea of completion, I'd never thought of that, and it really gave me something to shoot for. Little did I know it changed my life in an instant.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I've done several splits, anywhere from 2 on, 1 off, 1 on, then repeat. I would also change to three in a row, off, three in a row, off. I really feel I let my body do the deciding.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
Always eating clean which includes lots of chicken and fish. I never neglect my fruits and veggies either, and I learned the hard way that being afraid of carbs is going to get you nowhere quick. You really have to know your body and how it adapts and reacts to all foods.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
So many reasons... I could relate my goals outside the gym to the way I workout; my work ethic comes from the gym. I give everything I can mentally in the classroom, and physically in the weight room.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
As far as competing, I would love to be a natural professional and someday compete in the Natural O. Otherwise, I'll always keep pumping.

FOCUS! don't lose sight of what is ahead of you. There is always someone working just as hard or even harder, so just because you've won once doesn't mean you'll win again. "What happens when a window washer steps back to admire his work? He dies."
