How Did You Get Started?
I was tired of living an unhealthy and sedentary lifestyle. All I did was sit on my butt and ate whatever I wanted like pizza and chips everyday, all carbs and no protein. I had bad influences around me all the time which caused me to make poor choices in my life. I was a very unhealthy 23 year old girl with lots of body fat and all I cared about was partying on the weekend with my friends. I had a lot of problems and tried to fix them by drinking all the time.
I was depressed and in a very bad place. One day I decided that I was bored and needed to try something new so I joined the gym. I got motivated reading Oxygen Magazine in the gym and was absolutely amazed with the girls in the magazine. I got so many great fitness and nutrition tips. I wanted to look like that and I believe I finally do now at the age of 32.
I changed the way I was eating and started filling my fridge and cupboards up with healthy groceries like chicken, egg whites, fish, fruit, veggies, almonds, tuna, protein powder, and oatmeal. Not only did I start feeling better, I was looking better and on top of all of that, I started staying away from all the bad influences in my life and changed who I was inside and out. I never looked back.

I love the way I look and feel. I love how strong and lean I am compared to my 20's. I love being a role model to my clients and helping them reach their goals to a healthier lifestyle.
What Motivates You To Follow A Healthy Lifestyle?
Cancer runs in my family and I want to be as healthy as possible so I do not get it. Also my goals of being a cover girl on a fitness magazine.
What Made You Want To Achieve Your Goals?
I do not like to fail at something, competing in figure and fitness model has been a challenge these past 2 years and finally this month I feel like I belong up there on stage with all of the other strong and beautiful women. I want a career in the fitness industry outside of the gym and being on stage is one step towards my goals.
