How Did You Get Started?
Seven years ago I was close to 200 lbs. I trained really hard to lose the weight. I then had 3 children back to back. I desperately needed to get back into shape after having my children. I opened up my own gym, focused my training on a competition and that's when I just exploded and I just can't slow down!

Cardio 6-7 days a week and weight train 5 days a week.
