I consume a lot of protein rich foods such as fish, chicken, lean steak, turkey, foods high in complex carbs such as potatoes and rice and a lot of fibrous carbs such as green veggies and legumes while trying to avoid dairy products such as cheese and milk and high saturated fatty foods.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I use high carb-protein mixed shakes 1 hour pre-training and immediately post-training which have allowed me to put on quality gains without the fat.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Getting up on stage is an incredible feeling, and the feeling of winning is indescribable.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
To come out bigger, heavier and leaner for next year's titles and maybe win back-to-back titles and compete in the Worlds or Universe competitions. I qualified but was unable to go.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Try not to listen to too many people. Choose one reliable source which has had a significant amount of experience in the bodybuilding game and try to gain as much as you can from them. That's what I did getting ready for all four shows I did and it worked well. I worked with the great John Davie which was a major privilege and an awesome experience. I have a lot to show because of his guidance and support.
