How Did You Get Started?

My father is a bodybuilder and he took me into the gym when I was 16 was then that I developed a fasination with the ability one has to create muscles!

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I do 45 minutes of cardo in the morning on an empty stomach then I train weights in the afternoon ....when I am 4-5 weeks out from a show I do an extra cardio session in the evening.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I have my carbs the first 3 meals which include oatmeal pancakes, sweet potatoes and fish, then whole grain pasta and chicken breast. After that I have a shake (Whey Gourmet of course) with Glutamine and shortly after some tuna and brocclli. I will also have a shake before bed. Eating regulary helps keeping the metabolism going at a steady pace!

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

The greatest gains has been my discovery of Whey Gourmet it is the best tasting protein powder and it keeps me sane during intense Glutamine...

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love fitness because it gives me the chance to be the best I can be and take my body to new limits! Plus it is a great example to show my clients how, with hard work and dedication, they too can have the body they want!

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

My future plans are to compete in the WNSO Prairies on April 30th then also go to the Worlds in Toronto on June 10-12.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

To have a good coach has really helped keep me training hard and pushing me just as my clients need me to push them.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

My favorite is Monica Brant and Elaine Goodland... love her too. I love Arnold as well (who doesn't).
