Shawn has been a Weight-loss coach and Certified Fitness Professional for the past two years. He trains out of the Portland and Augusta Maine areas and has now started a GLOBAL online Fitness Training Business.

Shawn realized the need to provide in-depth and knowledgeable training and fitness information to people all around the world, not just in Maine. With the creation of the internet, this is now possible.
