Hi, my name is Shan Haq

I started lifting ever since I saw a bodybuilding show on TV. That really motivated me and from then on I was hooked.

My uncle who trained showed me a few exercises, so I learned fast as I was very enthusiastic. I wasn't in any position to join a gym at the time, so I bought some dumbbells to use in my house. I started off with the basic exercises like bicep curl, shoulder press etc. As time went on I joined a gym and started training seriously. Ever since I started I have strived to improve my physique and strength at the same time. I believe the benefits of training are (for me) increased self-confidence and control.
