Ryan Hughes

Background

Ryan Hughes entered the gym for the first time at age 16, standing 6-foot-1 and weighing in at 135 pounds. From day one, Ryan had a natural passion for fitness and training. After a few years of working out, Ryan entered his first bodybuilding competition at age 19 as a lightweight; he had moved up to weigh 176 pounds. Ryan took first place in the Men's Novice Division and third in the Men's Open Heavyweight division. At that point, Ryan was hooked, not just on fitness, but on the lifestyle as well.

Fast forward six years and Ryan is now one of the biggest names in fitness. He was one of the first two IFBB Men's Physique Pros. He is a fitness cover model, BSN Sponsored Athlete, and New York City's Top Fitness Professional. In addition, Ryan has made appearances on ABC's "20/20" and "Good Morning America" and is regarded as an elite personal trainer. He specializes in training executive and celebrity clientele in the city that never sleeps.

At age 26, Ryan is just getting started!
