Rudy Sleiman, MFS, B.A., is the founder and director of ISSA Lebanon. A former competing powerlifter, Sleiman's latest important accomplishments in 2006, include winning the 1st place in the Ironwear Fitness competition with two records in Dips and Push ups (Las Vegas), and being chosen between world class athletes to participate in Robert Universe Intl. He earned a Master of Fitness Sciences from the ISSA after having formerly completed several certifications and titles from many high standard organizations including BA in Physical Education, Holistic Fitness Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Advanced Fitness Trainer, Sports Conditioning Specialist, Certified Bodybuilding Trainer, Specialist in Performance Nutrition, Biomechanics Specialist, Fitness Management & Marketing Specialist, Certified Sports Hypnotist, Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Pilates Instructor, Certified Mental Skills Training Specialist, Certified Mind/Body Training Specialist, Certified Endurance Sports Trainer, Certified Senior Life Saver, Certified Suspension Trainer, Certified Cycling Instructor, Certified Holistic Stress Management Specialist, Total Body Flexibility Specialist, Certified Physical Culture Instructor, Certified Aqualogix Fitness Instructor, Certified Basketball Coach, Certified Zumba Fitness Instructor, Certified Weight Management Consultant, and other Certificates of attendance from various international workshops and conventions.
