Rob Smith is a Bodybuilding.com video editor, fitness professional, and food enthusiast. Inspired by Bodybuilding.com's motto, he has developed a focus toward creating health and wellness content. Rob's goal is to empower people from all walks of life to take control and make sustainable changes for a longer, healthier, happier life.

Before joining the Bodybuilding.com team in Boise, Rob lived in New York City, Atlanta, and Orlando. He graduated from Full Sail University with a degree in film.

When he is not creating, you can find Rob in the gym or kitchen "making it happen."
