Ricky Cutch

Background

I am an 18 year old athlete from Central New Jersey. I was an All-Conference in baseball as a junior and senior, All-Division in basketball as a senior. My glaring weaknness was my strength. That's when I decided to make bodybuilding and proper nutrition a part of my life.

My hard work in the weight room and discipline in the kitchen helped me make great strides. I put on 11 lbs. of muscle in less than a year. This helped me earn a 25% scholarship to play baseball at the Division I level.
