Background

Athletes that perform at such a high level are a force to be reckoned with. They also have some great insight and workout plans if you are considering the direction of a power athlete.

After completing a successful track and field career at Boise State University, I plan to continue throwing the shot put and discus on a world-class level. My goals for the future include competing for the United States at major international competitions including the Goodwill Games, World Championships, and 2004 Olympic Games.

After a successful career at Post Falls High School as well as Washington State University, my goal is to be competitive in the shot put and discus at a world-class level. My hard work ethic and determination reflects the potential that I have to be a successful thrower, and furthermore, augments my capability of representing the United States, as well as Idaho, in track and field on the international level.
