Matt Griffith


Matt views his job as being a fitness caddy, and he is constantly studying to give his clients/friends/colleagues the best chance of success. Although obsessed with athletics and athleticism throughout his life, he credits his time as a wildland firefighter (including four years with the prestigious Chena Hotshots) for teaching him how to develop strong and resilient bodies and minds.

Matt has learned, and continues to learn, from a variety of sources including StrongFirst kettlebell training, the Functional Movement Screen, MovNat, and battle ropes as well as his own athletic pursuits.
