Dan Blewett


Dan Blewett is a strength coach, fitness writer and pro baseball player. He founded Warbird Training Academy, a unique training facility in Normal, Illinois that caters specifically to athletes. He has authored articles for You Name it Sports, Collegiate Baseball, T-Nation.com, Bodybuilding.com, Stack.com and EliteFTS.com. In December of 2013, his first book was published, titled Pitching. Dan graduated from UMBC in Maryland with a degree in Philosophy and Psychology, is a certified trainer through the NSCA and has been playing professional baseball since 2010. He specializes in the training of baseball and softball players and is especially passionate about injury prevention and mental training for athletes.
