Angelique lived through a weight loss success story. She combated her vices and transformed her physique. She lost nearly 40 pounds and 5 dress sizes! Angelique took her passion for health and fitness and used it to motivate and educate others on how to reach their fitness potential.

Millis earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications from Florida International University. She is the creator of The Fit in 30 Workout, a fun and effective circuit-based training program combining cardio and resistance training intervals that is designed to burn more than 500 calories in 30 minutes.
